Position: Oversee food production and menu-based catering across both retail & functions and events Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training & liaising with the client and other key stakeholders Ensure accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls, and maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness Maintain efficient operations across multi services Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS 38 weeks term time Occasional holiday events The Person; Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery Current
