- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimise kitchen efficiency without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve financial targets, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the establishment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, techniques, and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Uphold a culture of excellence, professionalism, and teamwork, embodying the values and commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a reputable establishment, preferably with experience in fine dining or upscale casual dining environments.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and food trends, with a passion for utilising local and seasonal ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop a diverse team of culinary professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Previous experience working on weddings and events is ideal
