Candidate Profile
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for a broad cross section of activities that will support the achievement of business goals and objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-

• Responsible for the maintenance OF ACCOUNTING records and services for the affiliate.

• Responsible for preparation and review of Financial and Statutory Accounting for all relevant entities.

• Coach and support accounting team members to ensure professional development and improve efficiency

• Responsible for configuration and maintenance of reporting systems and tools in compliance with TotalEnergies Company requirements.

• Coordinator and Lead user for the Finance and Controlling modules of SAP ERP system.

• Manage relationship with External Auditors.

• Coordination and management of quarterly external audit reviews as well as SOX testing.

• Key control owner (performance and documentation) to ensure compliance in terms of SOX requirements

Activities
This position is based in Australia (MELBOURNE) and cannot be opened to an expatriate contract.
