The role
Blis is looking for an experienced client service professional with a strong background in programmatic, able to lead a technical account management team of variable levels of experience. The most important aspect of this role is to work closely with the sales & ops teams - as well as our clients - to deliver best in market account management, service and delivery. If you are a highly organised, detail oriented go-getter, who loves working with clients and supporting a team to succeed, then this could be the role for you!
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day client relationship management, account management and exemplary service of our clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key agency and client stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign delivery, and timely responses to client queries and requests
- Develop solid understanding of the Blis platform to effectively communicate platform targeting capabilities to clients
- Lead and grow a talented team to develop and excel in their remits
- Work closely with Ad Operations lead to address any delivery/performance challenges
- Work closely with Ad Operations lead to oversee successful campaign setup and delivery
- Facilitate the rollout of our omnichannel offering, including uptake/upselling initiatives, delivery and reporting needs, through to case studies
- Upskill the team in the programmatic landscape & Omnichannel planning & buying
- Act as a consultant for both the sales team and clients to help secure scalable new business
- Have a strong commercial acumen, with a focus on maintaining & growing revenue alongside the Head of Sales
- Build out client case studies with the insights team & showcase best practices from global campaigns internally to the team and to clients
- Provide support to the ANZ Leadership team with administrative tasks as required
Skills and requirements
- 5-8 years media industry experience, with digital, programmatic and/or mobile experience (agency experience a plus)
- Passion for media and enjoys working in a team environment
- Exposure to ad trafficking, tracking and ad server technologies such as Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
- Acustom to learning and working with advertising technology platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational & time management skills & the ability to meet deadlines
- Outstanding stakeholder management, troubleshooting, analytical, & problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Solid excel & MS Office skills
- Commercial acumen & resilience
