Join our vibrant team at Crown Resorts as the Head of Events and Entertainment, where you'll be the creative force behind building, driving, and growing brand awareness that captivates audiences and drives traffic to our complexes. Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, this leadership role within the Marketing Department is pivotal in crafting unforgettable experiences through events, launches, and entertainment initiatives.
Picture this: You'll be at the helm of our Marketing Events and Entertainment strategy, successfully managing budgets, collaborating with the Gaming management team on quarterly event planning, and driving the overall strategic planning for Events and Entertainment at Crown. Your creative vision will shape the customer experience, leveraging sponsorship assets to deliver exceptional returns for our Gaming business units.
In the fast-paced world of Events, you'll be the maestro orchestrating event and entertainment calendars, adapting to changes in the commercial environment and ensuring compliance with Crown OH&S, RSA, and VCGR policies and procedures. Your ability to anticipate and creatively solve issues will set the stage for our continued success.
About you?
