The role
Scotch Oakburn College has an opportunity for an innovative and experienced teacher, with a passion for Inclusive Education. Working across the Junior School (Early Learning to Year 5), this critical leadership role provides innovation and direction to support students to access the Australian curriculum through Inclusive Educational practices. Through strong collaboration with teachers, Learning Support staff, and students with diverse learning needs, the Head of Inclusive Education (Elphin) facilitates interventions to promote improved student learning and engagement outcomes.
This role is also responsible for oversight of the National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) requirements across the Junior School, ensuring appropriate standards and practices are embedded to support Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.

Scotch Oakburn College is an independent, co-educational, open-entry day and boarding school in association with the Uniting Church in Australia. The College provides a world class education to approximately 1,300 students, from Early Learning to Year 12. Through the provision of academic, pastoral, and co-curricular programs, the College provides a holistic education designed to prepare students for their future.
