The Opportunity

As a critical member of the People & Culture leadership team, the Head of People Planning, Change and Improvement will lead the development of our future People Plan for SA Power Networks to support our broader Corporate Strategy, while also leading the identification and facilitation of system and process Change and Improvement for the P&C function. Working alongside the P&C team and Senior Leaders across the business, the role will provide leadership and expert advice on service delivery improvement and organisational design activities, while also driving our long-term strategic workforce plan.

The role is supported by expertise across key functional service areas - workforce planning, program management and change.

About you

Applications are encouraged from those with experience across all elements of a People & Culture function working in a large corporate. Demonstrated experience in leading business improvement programs, and organisational transformation is essential. A highly collaborative people leader with a drive for excellence will be key qualities for success in this position. The incumbent will have complex problem-solving skills, resilience and adaptability with experience presenting proposals and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels to influence and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across diverse P&C functions.
