With a dedicated focus on a maximum of five projects concurrently, you'll join a growing team of professionals, contributing to the evolution of their development pipeline. Your duties will encompass overseeing planning applications, navigating the intricacies of development approvals, progressing from Development Applications (DA) to Construction Certificates (CC) stage. Crafting strategies and collaborating closely with stakeholders, you'll provide regular updates to Managing Partners. Responsibilities
• Reviewing and directing Architectural Plans, Engineering Plans, Design Plans and Project Reports for Development Applications, Construction Certificates, Complying Development and Complying Development Certificates.
• Ensuring plans and reports are compliant with local government areas.
• Researching engineering disciplines, application methods and materials.
• Project budgeting.
• General project management including inspecting builds regularly and providing updates to investment team.
Skills And Experience
• Possess a strong understanding of the Property sector.
• Proven experience in Architecture, Engineering or Property Development.
• Demonstrate excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess an aptitude for problem solving and decision making.
