Who we are looking for?

Due to the expansion of the business, Bakers Maison is now seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing on a permanent full-time basis to lead their Sales And Marketing team. This senior management role is a member of Bakers Maison leadership team and will be responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing team in order to achieve company sales targets.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role's duties will include, but not limited to:

• Take ownership and provide strong leadership to the Sales And Marketing department

• Develop and implement sales strategy of the company in order to achieve sales goals

• Actively analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

• Lead the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies

• Travel interstate as required to manage interstate Sales And sales team

• Ensure adequate BMA brand representation in the market by developing marketing strategy

• Implement BMA social media marketing strategy with the support of the marketing agency

• Monitor and observe the brand, make forecasts, and identify new trends to keep the business aHead Of competition

Qualifications we are looking for:

• 10+ years in Sales within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

• 5+ years Sales Management experience including managing a team

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration or relevant field.

• Strong Leadership skills

• Exceptional communication skills

• Ability to influence stakeholders

• Resilience

• Strive in fast paced environment

• Food service industry experience is an added advantage
