My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead the sales operations across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Executive Leadership Team, the Head of Salesf will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.
With a proven track record in leadership, you will drive and orchestrate the sales strategy for retail, wholesale and e-comm arms of the business across ANZ.
You will
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share;
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and exceed targets;
- Forster strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally to maximise efficiency and effectiveness;
- Analyse market and competitor trends to align on business direction across ANZ;
- Cross collaborate with marketing, finance & commercial to coordinate key sales strategies; and
- This role will be a part of the ANZ SLT.
What you will have
- Have minimum of 10 years' experience in FMCG, CPG or B2B sales leadership;
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills;
- Ability to work independently but collaborate regularly with international leadership teams;
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
- Previous experience managing international sales teams, ideally from a similar industry; and
- Master's or similar Business Degree / Tertiary Education.
