- Hands on approach the Injury Management, you will be based on site majority of the time implementing change alongside department managers and supervisors.
- 5 Day Week. 7am - 4pm Can be flexible based on Workload.
- Maintain a safe workplace by actively following the Safety Systems and ensuring adherence to all HSEC Policies and Procedures.
- Drive a Health and safety culture through the implementation of health initiatives and HSEC Plan to provide consistent focus.
- Assist in development and maintenance of Health & Safety Standards with clear and measurable objectives to meet requirements of the HSEC Management Plan.
- Develop and document the Health and Wellbeing Program including
- Physical Health programs
- Mental health programs
- Seasonal awareness and intervention programs. Identify and • - Identify and communicate risks associated with Health and hygiene impacts.
- You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in an Allied Health Profession (i.e., Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy) and
associated registration with governing body. (APHRA, ESSA). - Two or more years in an Injury Management or related health support role.
- Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation in accordance with SIRA
requirements. - Open to working in Regional Newcastle/Hunter/Maitland and surrounds or willing to relocate.
