As part of the GCAA Health, Safety and Training team, you will provide support and guidance to our operations across NSW and Queensland in all aspects of occupation health, including health risk management, injury prevention and management, health surveillance and exposure monitoring programs. Reporting to the GCAA Health and Injury Manager, your primary responsibilities include: Support Injury Management and Workers Compensation activities across both NSW and QLD operations ensuring consistent processes and continuous improvement. Focus on fitness for work processes in line with current legislation and developing business goals and objectives. Develop, implement, and maintain Health and wellness programs across GCAA to promote a physical and psychologically healthier workforce.
