We work to address the most pressing Health and social challenges through strategic and collaborative approaches.For more information, visit our website: https://rebbeck.com/We are expanding our team and looking for a Health and PublicServices Commissioning Manager/Senior Manager to support our growing portfolio of work across Australia and internationally.Your Next Opportunity:As our Health and PublicServices Commissioning Manager/Senior Manager, you will be critical in designing and structuring projects, analysing complex information to develop insights, crafting actionable solutions, and managing projects and project teams.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Providing strategic commissioning advice to government organisationsDeepening and applying your understanding of international excellence and innovation in commissioningDeveloping and identifying insights through analysis and evaluationBuilding trusted relationships with clients, becoming partners in their successIdentifying growth opportunities and contributing to business development through quality work and network engagementManaging client projects and effectively leading project teamsWhat You’ll Bring to the Team:You will need at least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably within a professional consulting environment. Experience in health, mental health, communities, justice or education sectors will be highly valued. Qualifications in a relevant sector or field are desirable.Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:Knowledge of commissioning from Australia, the UK, New Zealand or CanadaStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative dataProven problem-solving abilities applied in a structured mannerExceptional client engagement and communication skillsConfidence in presenting and facilitating in group settingsAs our ideal candidate, you will possess a passion for making a positive impact, an insatiable curiosity to drive innovation, and a collaborative energy that drives project design and delivery.You thrive in a fast-moving environment, demonstrating initiative, autonomy, and outstanding communication.
