Due to continued expansion of their business within the Australian market, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to join their team based out of their 6-star offices in Sydney CBD.
As the Australian H&S Advice Manager, you will be owning the telephone advisory services which is a critical function in the delivery of our client’s business. Working in a cross functional capacity, you will be an exceptional communicator who is able to build relationships quickly with stakeholders internally to drive service delivery and utilisation. You will be known as a solutions-oriented individual who thrives in bringing ideas to the table to “build a better business” – which is our client’s motto!
Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Health & Safety, you will be actively involved in senior leadership meetings and initiatives across ANZ. This role has a clearly defined and developed career pathway, ensuring your growth and long-term success in their business.

Leading the Australian Advice Team, you will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and driving your team to exceptional technical performance.
- Act as an escalation point on Health and safety matters by providing expert advice and guidance on WHS matters.
- Drive improvements and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct regular client interactions via phone to support service delivery.
- Deliver training and support to clients to enhance their understanding of WHS requirements and promote a culture of safety.
From a technical and qualification experience, you will have:
- Previous experience working in a commercial organisation as a WHS Generalist or in a role with significant WHS duties.
- Thorough knowledge of current WHS legislation and its application.
- Tertiary level qualification in WHS (Work Health and Safety) at Diploma level or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in medium to high-risk industries.
- Recent management experience in leading a small team of WHS professionals is advantageous.
