Position Charter

An exciting opportunity is available for a Full-Time assistant to join our growing team within the rapidly emerging medicinal cannabis field. You will be working alongside multiple, supportive pharmacists and technicians with a focus on customer service and assistance in day-to-day warehouse operations. 
 

Scope and Key Responsibilities

• Customer service focused role, with daily utilisation of available tools (e.g. CRM, Microsoft Suite, Health House Hub) to effectively communicate to health professionals and patients about access to medicinal cannabis
• Picking and packing medication
• Stock management
• Freight management
• General administration and/or other business projects alongside a supportive pharmacist-led team
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment 
   

Essential Requirements

• Australian National Police Clearance
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence 
   

Desirable Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and compassionate, with an interest in complementary, integrated, and nutritional medicine
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales, digital marketing and/or pharmacy assistance is desirable, although training will be provided
• Contributing to a positive team dynamic in a warehouse setting
