An opportunity has arisen for an experienced health administrator to join a State Government department in Subiaco. This role is for an immediate start, on an initial temporary contract to start on the 15th of April.
Your new role
- Coordinates outpatient appointments in liaison with psychology, medical and nursing staff.
- Prepares medical records prior to patient appointments.
- Prepares and organises mailing of patient documents.
- Maintains and updates mailing lists, patient, hospital and data records as required.
- Liaises with secretarial and medical staff regarding complex appointments.
- Liaises with external services to arrange combined appointments.
- Receipt and data entry of questionnaires.
- Maintains and distributes data records as required.
- Assists with documentation of research activity.
- Responds to routine correspondence and enquiries.
- Undertake other duties as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Great communication (written and verbal) skills
- Advanced customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- A current police clearance, dated within the past 3 months (or willing to obtain)
