AddressELLEN HEALTH is a fully accredited general practice located in the heart of Fremantle. We have a busy reception team supporting 25 part time practitioners. We are currently looking for another team member who enjoys the fast pace of general practice, has a high focus on customer service and patient interaction, and has a caring and enthusiastic approach to the position. The position is part-time or casual with the flexibility to cover sick leave and annual leave.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients with enquiries and appointments.
- Answer and respond to telephone enquiries courteously and professionally.
- Accurately process patient payments via cash, EFTPOS, and direct bill transactions.
- Ensure the accurate storage and retrieval of patient personal and financial information.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the medical centre.
Essentials:
- The role is patient-focused and requires excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail when managing documentation, booking appointments and filing.
- We utilise a range of medical software which requires strong computer skills.
- You will be working alongside a large, multidisciplinary team; we are looking for a team player with the ability to multitask.
- A positive and can-do attitude.
- You will be available to work until 9pm at least one day per week.
Highly Regarded:
- Previous experience in an accredited general practice.
- Experience using Best Practice software.
- Retail experience an advantage.
