Health Service Officer

In this exciting career opportunity you will be responsible for managing all booking requests. The role further supports the client services function to ensure seamless and quality through facilitating paperwork in preparation of appointments, responding to client queries, invoicing processes and reporting needs.

What are my accountabilities?

  • Manage and resolve Medical Services emails and calls
  • Ensure Medical Assessment tickets are actioned
  • Takes ownership of complex queries regarding assessments, bookings, and accounts payable and identifies opportunities to improve processes
  • Engages with clients, candidates and providers to co-ordinate onsite and in clinic assessment programs
  • Update case notes with progress in correct system applications
  • Ensure correct and current referral paperwork is sent to the clinics and confirm receipt of paperwork by the treatment provider

About you :
  • 1+ years experience in a Customer Service or Reception role
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in verifying and coordinating bookings and paperwork
  • Excellent data entry skills to efficiently handle the payment processes, portal and software applications
  • Moderate - advanced IT skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organisational skills to enable you to maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and evaluations
  • Ability to work autonomously and take proactive steps
