Schedule: The successful Applicant will be required to work 3 days per week covering a 7.6 hr shift (Mon to Fri) between the hours of 7am and 6pm

About the role
We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Accounts assistance
- Inbox and calendar management
- Document creation and control
- Site access card management and works scheduling
- Ad hoc administration duties
About you
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
- Good typing skills
- Ability to work independently while in a team environment
- Ability to clearly follow processes and procedures
- Must have excellent telephone skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous
- Additional training will be provided to the successful applicant
