Helpdesk Level 2
Our client, a Queensland State Government Department, are seeking a Level 2 Helpdesk Officer to join their team immediately for a 3-month contract. This role is in Brisbane CBD, offering $41.92/hour + super from 20th of March 2024 to 28th of June 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, email and desktop support.
- Prioritise incoming support requests and action accordingly.
- Liaise with the IT Manager to escalate calls and notify of any system-wide issues.
- Install and upgrade software and configure systems / applications.
- Update Active Directory as required.
About You
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT-related/ helpdesk role.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Certification mainly OS and MS Office products
- Basic networking troubleshooting (TCP/IP, WiFi etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
