Key Skills required:
- Complex problem diagnosing on Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Must Have Strong communication skills both internally within the company, and externally to clients using written and oral communication methods.
- Must Have Strong time management skills.
- Must Have Strong staff management skills and previous experience.
- Strong sales skills.
- Current drivers license
- Professional attitude and work ethic and desire to deliver market-leading customer service.
As part of the role you will be required to:
- Help resolve customers computer and cyber security related questions and issues via remote support and onsite.
- Provide a high level of customer service and offer general advice to clients;
- Source and supply any hardware or software when required;
- Keep your information up-to-date in our online calendar and ticketing system;
- Work with our extensive team to provide complex solutions and deliver on projects.
- Be part of our on-call roster.
- Educate customers in our product and service range &
- Most importantly – Deliver EXCELLENT customer service and satisfaction.
We are looking for an applicant who can talk to the customer, find out what they need, and then provide a solution tailored to them. The successful applicant will have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills and be strongly customer-focused.
