Level 1 IT helpdesk officer
Medical-Objects is a Medical Software company located in Maroochydore that supplies software products and services to over 105,000 health professionals Australia wide.
We currently have an opportunity for a full-time a highly motivated individual to work and train as an IT helpdesk officer and potential 2IC. You will be proactive and have a genuine passion for IT.
The position is Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pm
The Help desk officer role will provide support to our customer base via the phone and remote desktop services. Full training will be provided.
You will have general knowledge of Operating systems, Remote access, networking, and standard firewalls. You can methodically troubleshoot problems that come to hand and work within a team environment and have excellent people and time management skills.
The Role:
- Log and monitor Helpdesk cases and advise users on appropriate actions.
- Follow standard helpdesk procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve technical software issues.
- Perform software installations.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone and electronically.
