Reporting to the Cluster Manager – Sunshine Coast, with sound support from Alloggio’s central support and functional leadership teams, you will be a well organised and highly personable individual who is focused on delivering positive commercial outcomes in a highly customer centric business.
Manage a portfolio of holiday properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped for guests.
Collaborate with property owners to understand their goals and preferences, ensuring their properties meet their expectations.
Implement pricing strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Oversee housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring properties are in top condition.
Conduct regular property inspections and address any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Monitor and manage online property listings and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and budgets for property owners.
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth in property management services.
