This position will best suit an individual that is currently or has been recently working within the Home and Community sector as either a Case Manager, Scheduler or Administrational role.  We’re offering permanent part time 3 days a week based in our Helensvale office, with a long-term prediction to increase to full time 5 days a week.

Duties include but are not limited to.

• Answer calls and attending to emails to provide prompt service to our clients and employees. 
• Data entry and allocation of shifts according to staff availability in an accurate and timely manner.
• Scheduling permanent runs with placing the right carer with the right clients. 
• Compliance reporting, employee care calls and general administration tasks.

Skills required to fulfill this role. 

• MUST HAVE prior Home and Community knowledge and experience. This can be in a previous case manager, scheduling/roster role. 
• Ability to work within multiple platforms.
• Minimum 2 years administration experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Outstanding data entry skills with the ability to multitask and have attention to detail. 
• Outstanding communication with a bubbly professional telephone manner. 
• Work well within a team and autonomously. 
• Be proactive and look outside the square.
• Have the ability to work full time when the business requires.
