Your Role as Home Manager: As the Home Manager, you'll lead the clinical and operational aspects of a medium-sized aged care facility. Your focus will be on maintaining and achieving continuous improvement, ensuring a supportive environment for your team, and driving the facility's success. Key Responsibilities: Daily clinical and operational management Analyse and implement best practices for continuous improvement. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and manage expenditure. Foster strong communication within a multidisciplinary team Utilize excellent knowledge of Aged Care funding models (AN-ACC) Maintain high occupancy levels within the facility. What You Bring to the Table: Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration Demonstrated experience in Health or Aged Care Management In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Funding Model Proven experience managing teams and creating a supportive environment.
