Ciloms Airport Lodge is currently searching for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join their friendly team Part Time. Experience not a necessity. Full training can be provided.
You must be available to work week days and weekends. Flexibility is a must. Immediate start. Must have ability to work shifts across a 7 day roster.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Perform accurate and efficient guest check-in, check-outs and accurate credit
card, cash handling and postings . - Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
- Maintaining guest accounts
- Telephone reservations and dealing with different internet distribution channels.
- A professional and welcoming phone manner
- Assisting with all guest
- Directing internal and external phone calls
- Driving Shuttle Bus
You must own reliable transport and hold a current full Australian drivers license to apply for this position.
