- exceptional customer service skills, working in Hotel Reception as first point of guest contact,
- strong computer skills and the ability to communicate well with online booking agencies,
- experience with accommodation booking software; OPERA and/or Choice experience an advantage,
- ability to work closely with Accounts, reporting directly Hotel General Manager on a daily basis,
- advertising and marketing strengths advantageous, maintaining high levels of occupancy,
- strong work ethic, performing well under pressure,
- demonstrated management skills
- the ability to adapt to set current workplace procedures and tasks in other areas of the Hotel.
