As a Hotel Receptionist, you are responsible to courteously welcome and efficiently check-in and check-out hotel guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. You will also have some housekeeping duties and assist the hospitality team with events as required.
In a typical day in this role, you might:
- Process inquiries and bookings
- Process advance payments through Payment Express Portal
- Accept reservations in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Promptly and pleasantly answer all incoming calls
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Hospitality Reservations experience
- Hotel Receptionist or office Receptionist experience
- The ability to maintain a clean and neat presentation including cleaning your uniform
- The ability to communicate well with others

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
