Things that work for us:
Our Hotel Services Partners work across all areas of Hotel Services including food service, laundry and cleaning, however the focus of this role will be housekeeping/cleaning
Capable of assisting residents with laundry, putting clothes away, and general household tasks including cleaning
Comfortable developing a relationship with each resident in your care, building trust and familiarity and supporting everyone's personal space to be homelike, respectful and safe
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
High level of customer service skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
Vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19 NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
