To achieve our goal of being the leading player in the first home buyer space in Victoria, the House and Land Manager will contribute to our growth and expansion providing our sales teams with opportunities to achieve House and Land budgets.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and working closely with our sales team, the key focus of this role is to establish long term relationships with land agents and developers and build awareness of the Arden Homes value proposition and product. More specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with Arden Homes Sales Managers to ensure that House & Land budgets are met, measured and benchmarked
- Network with key land developer partners to provide suitable stock for packages, including sourcing exclusive land
- Promote packages via REA, website and Developers’ offices and maintain up to date website information.
- Ensure package listings are highly saleable through strategic choice of land to suit key house types to maximize value.
- Establish yourself as the SME on land and keep abreast of emerging trends, challenges and opportunities
- Ensure Arden has presence in land sale offices across all regions within Victoria and that all marketing collateral is compelling, engaging and consistent
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be the leading residential builder in the State and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the building and/or Land Development market
- Proven relationship-building and influencing skills
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- An entrepreneurial spirit and describe yourself as a driven self-starter
- The ability to navigate business transactions and agreements/proposals
- Goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environment
- Ability to liaise effectively across a wide range of external stakeholders
- Able to work with some agility and flexibility (client meetings and industry networking events)
