House Manager - Hnwf

The role:We are seeking a highly organised and experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residence in South Yarra for a HNWF.Responsibilities:This is a domestic help role, focusing on ensuring the smooth running of the household on a daily basis. Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the below.

• Cleaning and organising the residence to the highest standards.
• Meeting and coordinating with contractors for maintenance and renovations
• Stocking the fridge and managing household supplies
• Light meal preparation and serving
• Running personal errands as and where require
• Light cleaning duties around the household
• Event management and support
• Working closely with the Executive Assistant to family office

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role in a HNWF setting advantageous
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strict ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Knowledge of household management best practices
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
