Ladybug House is a family-owned paediatric clinic based in Keilor East, providing occupational therapy and speech pathology care to children up to the age of 9 years.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced full-time or part-timePractice Manager to join our team, who can:
- Provide high quality care to our clients and their families
- Role-model and oversee the day-to-day administrative activities and operational flow of our clinics
- Lead and support our small, dedicated (and wonderful!) Client Care Team
- Support our team of Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists (equally wonderful!)
- Strive for continuous improvement to exceed our clients’ expectations.
About you
You have a desire to work within a paediatric healthcare setting and enjoy being part of a team environment. You are empathetic, show initiative and have a strong focus on providing solutions for our patients. You are highly organised and detail-oriented, with an ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy work environment.
You have exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels. You are excited to lead our Client Care Team, guiding by example and modelling best practice.
Most of all, you’re passionate about providing excellent and compassionate care to children and their families.
You have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working as a Practice Manager, Operations Lead or Administration Team Leader in a healthcare setting OR clinical Allied Health experience working as a Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist
- Experience working within NDIS and Medicare frameworks
- Technical proficiency in practice management/scheduling software and Google suite. A strong working knowledge of PowerDiary will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Permanent working rights with no restrictions
