BIG4 Anglesea Holiday Park is looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Team Leader to support our Housekeeping Supervisor lead the team in our busy day-to-day operations, cleaning and maintaining the accommodation, buildings and amenities to the highest standards of presentation.
You will be highly motivated, excellent attention to detail, have strong leadership skills and a “can-do-attitude”.
Reporting to our Housekeeping Supervisor, this hands-on role provides a great opportunity to further develop your leadership with a clear career path in mind.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the park’s accommodation and facilities are always cleaned, maintained and presented immaculately to the highest standard.
• Planning and organising the daily cleaning list and task allocation to staff.
• Conduct training and mentoring of staff including new employees.
• Organising and ordering of housekeeping linen, supplies and stock.
• Ensure the proper and safe use and storage of all cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment.
About You
• Experience leading and directing teams of more than 10 people.
• Housekeeping experience in a large accommodation provider with equivalent of 50 Units / 100 plus Rooms.
• A fit and able Team player who is collaborative and can also work with limited supervision.
• Ability to step up when required as Acting Supervisor to cover leave and operational needs.
• Ability to work occasional weekend, and public and school holidays.
• Basic software skills in order to use programs for job list, time sheets, emails, etc.
• A valid driver’s licence.
