The Role:
Our client is currently seeking experienced Housing Officers to start work immediately in a busy government department. The role is at an A03 level, and responsibilities include:
- Providing high quality customer support services - responding to customers
- Liaising with other parts of the business to refer and resolve customer's requests
- Monitoring and prioritising workloads and assisting team members on escalated enquiries/incidents to maintain high quality customer support services
- Monitoring and managing rent assessments
- Assessing and resolving escalated enquiries/incidents
- Administration and Data Entry - Assessing applications and updating registers
- Working collaboratively in a high performance and innovative team environment
- Effectively using Microsoft products and other IT systems to maintain accurate customer and property records and file notes with a high level of accuracy and work output.

You will work in a team to provide high quality, person-centred assistance services to diverse customers experiencing complex housing, and whole of life issues. Furthermore, you will:
- Have the ability to embrace new challenges and show resilience during times of change and uncertainty
- Demonstrate strong skills, knowledge and expertise in service delivery with a focus on teamwork and providing person-centred solutions
- Model professional, ethical and culturally sensitive behaviour and consistently apply those standards to yourself and others
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly proficient in using IT systems including MS Suite.
