Hr Administration Assistant

Beaumont People are thrilled to be partnering with one of Sydney’s largest Higher Education providers, renowned for their global recognition and exceptional culture. They are seeking a HR Administration Assistant to join their Human Resources Unit located at their Western Sydney campus.
 
This is a rare opportunity for a HR Administration professional with a passion for people, compliance and continuous improvement to oversee generalist HR duties.

• Full-time, 5-week temporary assignment

The Opportunity:
As the HR Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for: 

• Updating employment contracts, personnel details, and existing policies.
• Conducting basic award interpretation and applying these instruments.
• Overseeing all compliance duties including pre-employment checks and documentation.
• Managing all ad hoc HR administration duties as required by the HR team. 

About You: 
To be successful as the HR Administration Assistant, you will need: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with the MS Suite across Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive approach to work with the willingness to take on new projects as required.
• HR Administration experience within the Higher Education or Government sector.
