THE OPPORTUNITY

Salary: $63,546 - $68,996 per annum pro rata + 11.5% super + leave loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Time Fraction: Full Time, 1.0 EFT.  
Location: Chadstone campus.
WWCC: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
Position Status: Contract of employment until August 2025, please note that this is a maternity leave coverage.

Holmesglen’s HR – Employee Experience department is seeking an Administration Officer to provide high-quality administrative support, systems maintenance, communications, and reporting.

This role ensures effective delivery of administrative services and high-quality customer service within the department, and to clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the development, implementation, and coordination of department projects, working closely with Institute management and staff to positively support stakeholder relationships and communications.

ABOUT YOU

  • Understanding of confidentiality and privacy principles related to HR, administrative, and office management services.
  • Considerable experience in the provision of administrative support and the ability to establish and maintain effective office management systems and records.
  • Proficiency in office-based software, database management software, and associated procedures.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Degree in business administration or related discipline and relevant customer focussed experience. Preferably a Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
