JT. Production Management (JTPM) are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Event & Administration Officer to join our hard-working, energetic and vibrant team in delivering exceptional events for a diverse range of clients including government, universities, for purpose corporates, and not-for-profit organisations.

This Events Administration Officer role will work closely with the entire team at JTPM to support the coordination of multiple in-person, hybrid and virtual events by providing exceptional administrative support, detailed end to end planning and outstanding customer service to our clients.

Who you are: (essential) 

  • You have strong administrative skills and understand the importance of getting the little things done well. 
  • You are organised with excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritise conflicting demands. 
  • You have excellent communications skills whether it be written or verbal -  you are getting the hang of writing copy but also speaking and presenting to an audience.  
  • You are comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, you thrive in a busy and dynamic workplace.  
  • You build and maintain rapport with others easily, you are a people person and enjoy providing excellent customer service to clients.  
  • You love collaborating with your team and external stakeholders but enjoy the time you spend working autonomously. 
  • You are all about technology, you have mastered the basics (MS Office Suite) but also know your way around a sound stage/backstage and have experience with web based video conferencing. 
  • You love what you do and are passionate about creating an impact through the work you produce!

Who you might be: (desirable but not essential) 

  • You have previously worked for a Professional Conference Organiser (PCO) 
  • You have previously worked for an events management agency. 
  • You have or are working towards a tertiary qualification in Event Management, Production or similar. 
  • You have experience in virtual events such as webinars and online conferences. 
  • You have experience with web-based registration and electronic direct mail campaign software such as Eventbrite, Trybooking, Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp.
