Join the dedicated People Systems team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. We are seeking a technically proficient HR Systems Administrator to play a pivotal role in optimising our people systems, including the human resources information system (SuccessFactors), learning management system, and other related HR technologies.
Your new role:
- Lead the administration and optimisation of SuccessFactors and other HR systems to support operational and strategic HR functions.
- Act as a key technical resource, offering support and training to end-users, enhancing their proficiency and engagement with HR systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to improve system processes and contribute to our goal of becoming a digital health service.
About you:
- Experience in HR system administration, particularly with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS, and learning management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence in user support and data security.
- Excellent communication and training abilities, with a passion for leveraging technology to improve HR operations.
