Position Summary
Reporting directly to the HR Manager you play a key supportive role in ensuring the smooth operation of the end-to-end HR function. You will be responsible for conducting various HR processes, coordinating recruitment campaigns and provide a general administrative support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Draft employment contracts and variations letters for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies;
- Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime hours.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly and professionally;
- Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, benefits enrolment, and tax forms.
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Support employee administration, including onboarding, variations, and terminations.
- Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
- Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions, events, and company-wide communications.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in HR administration and/or HR-related functions.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
- Familiarity with HR practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Payroll, HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
