Your new role
This is a generalist role, working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and a fantastic opportunity for career development.
Recruitment and selection
Onboarding and inductions of new starters
Support with the development of HR policy and procedure
Support with employee relations, including coaching line manager on people-related matters
Manage the HRIS in relation to WHS and staff training
General HR and WHS administration
What you'll need to succeed
Tertiary qualification in HR, Workplace Health & Safety, or a related discipline
Previous experience in a similar role
End to end recruitment experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Employment Law, employee relations principles and WHS & RTW procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
IT proficient
