The key duties of the position include
- Providing consistent, accurate and timely advice and support regarding end-to-end recruitment matters.
- Managing onboarding and induction activities for new CDPP employees.
- Researching, interpreting and/or applying relevant legislation, enterprise agreements and determinations, employment contracts, policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the delivery of HR related programs including national recruitment processes.
- Supervising junior recruitment staff.
- Identifying and leading continuous business process improvements.
- Establishing networks and maintaining relationships, at all levels across the CDPP.
- Undertaking reporting, including use of E-Recruit, Microsoft Excel and Aurion.
- Managing contracts and procurement activities.
