We are an Indigenous owned Recruitment Agency located in Canberra that provides Contract workers to the Australian Federal Government.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with government regulations and best practices.
- Support managers and staff in navigating HR processes and resolving complex HR issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate HR initiatives and projects, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Stay abreast of changes in legislation, policies, and trends affecting the government HR sector, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles within the Australian Public Service or a similar government environment.
- Sound knowledge of government HR frameworks, policies, and procedures, including the Public Service Act 1999 and relevant industrial instruments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
- Proven ability to provide strategic HR advice and support, including the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR management, business administration, or a related field (desired but not essential).
