- Deliver commercially driven HR Solutions by managing client expectations, optimising resources, budgets and deliverables.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by proactively improving WCA Solutions HR processes and tools to stay ahead of the game.

What you’ll need to bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- 2+ years’ experience as an HR generalist
- Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia
- Awesome attitude
