As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team and contribute to growing our business. We are looking for a passionate and proactive People and Culture Advisor to join our team. 

What will you need to do? 

As part of the People and Culture team you will be part of a team that provides people support to the business. In this role you will be required to provide HR support to our network of stores and manufacturing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for: 

• Implementing HR policies, procedures 
• Provide support to Payroll as required  
• Provide support on all grievances and performance issues 
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees. 
• Handle employee relations matters, conducting basic investigations and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive organizational culture that aligns with our values and mission. 
• Collaborate with management to address staffing needs 
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. 

What you will need: 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
• Proven experience as an HR Adviser or similar role. 
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
• A flexible customer service focussed approach 
• Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
