Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment responsibilities
- Participate in workforce planning initiatives, which involve analyzing staffing requirements, identifying talent gaps, and proposing effective strategies
- Collaborate with managers, offering advice and guidance to enhance team support
- Act as the main contact for all HR-related inquiries
- Oversee Visa applications and relocation packages
- Manage and troubleshoot our HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, contract changes, performance management, remuneration reviews, and offboarding
- Take the lead on occupational health and safety (OH&S) and employee wellbeing programs
- Serve as the key contact for HR operational matters, including employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR transactions
- Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures
- Contribute to HR projects as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry advantageous
- 4+ years of strong HR generalist experience
- A strong business acumen with the ability navigate a changing environment
- Proven experience working with leaders to coach and guide their decision-making process as they manage the employee lifecycle of their team
