Ensure knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and work methods is actively maintained.
Lead assigned initiatives to implementation and embedding stages throughout.
Such initiatives are based on annual priorities and project allocation, and may be areas such as:

 Organisation Governance & Design
 Compensation & Benefits
 Performance & Role Success
 Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging
 Leadership & Employee Development
 Career Development & Succession Planning
 Enterprise Agreement - Bargaining Process
 Measuring Employee Sentiment (VPSC People Matter Survey)
The Successful Applicant

• Min. 3yrs experience in an HR Business Partnering/Advisory role, ideally within a complex business environment or state government
• Relevant degree in HR or related discipline (desirable)
