Key Responsibilities
HR support
- Support HR team with talent acquisition activities
- Organise new employee on boarding process and orientation of new staff members
- Organise performance review of company procedures and policies
- Work with legal to manage staff Visa and various immigration items
- Manage the company cultural initiatives and team activities
- Support to tracking COVID-19 situation and well manage team remotely working arrangement
Office operations
- Support and manage the new office relocation if required
- Manage all company maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building management
- First point of contact for external clients
- Coordinate with external IT provider on all office equipment, new joiners IT setup and Team daily operational IT support
- Manage meeting rooms and set up all meetings for the team
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite
Ad Hoc
- Support various teams (investment, property, finance, etc.) on ad-hoc administrative items
- Perform review and analysis of special projects and keep the management properly informed
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills and Experience
- 2+ year experience in administrative, HR or business support role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player, adaptable and enjoys a challenge
- Ability to keep company confidences
- Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen preferred
