Role Overview
This HR Business Partner will report directly to the Head of People and will ensure alignment between people management and the commercial strategy of the business. You will partner with the executive leadership team to embed Human Resources activities and guide all aspects of people planning frameworks and processes. This HR Business Partner will build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to effectively resolve complex relations issues and address grievances. In turn, this HR Business Partner will work closely with the business to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. You will have a deep and clear understanding of the organisation's business strategy and will provide dynamic solutions using data analyses and organisational agility to guide decision-making. This HR Business Partner will collaborate with the executive team to develop recruitment plans, identify training needs, and advocate for continuous learning for employees where necessary.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate HR Business Partner to make their mark within an Australian company. You will partner with a range of managers across all areas of HR including ER case management, L&D, recruitment, succession planning, talent management, organisational design, engagement, systems and process improvement. This really is an end-to-end HRBP position covering all parts of HR.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in human resources, management or a related business discipline. You will have demonstrated experience as a HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, commercial organisational. The successful candidate will have had exposure to all facets of the employment lifecycle. You will have exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Exposure to a blue collar workforce environment will be highly regarded. The successful candidate will possess intermediate skills in the day-to-day management of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
It is essential you have a drivers licence and vehicle so that you can attend different sites.
