About the role
As HR Business Partner, you will proactively partner with a dedicated client portfolio who value your contribution. You will deliver strategic HR services, handle daily HR operations and consult on customised human resources solutions to maximise organisational capability. You will uphold the values that drive our operations and shape our culture, reflecting transparency, respect, accountability, collaboration and embracing change.
About you
You will join our Head-office team, located in Eastwood, on a permeant, full-time basis.
As an HR generalist, you will have experience consulting across the entire employment lifecycle, including coaching people leaders, managing employee relations, industrial relations (including enterprise agreements) and other people related priorities.
You will be adept at building relationships, along with sound problem-solving and decision-making skills, to deliver a high-quality service to your dedicated client group.
You will partner with the business to provide innovative, best practice HR solutions, ensuring our strategy is aligned to operational goals.
To perform successfully in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Broad generalist HR / IR experience
- Demonstrated ability to develop productive working relationships with client groups
- Tactful and discrete when dealing with people and confidential information
- Sound planning, organisational and analytical skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products
- A demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and adhere to deadlines
A degree qualification in Human Resources or Psychology is desirable.
