ASO5$84,522 - $94,003 per annum About the Department / Branch: The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency foreconomic, social and financial policy outcomes. We play a vitalrole in providing financial services to the community and economicand fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia. Human Resources (HR) provides advice and consultancy services onHR management and development, industrial employee relationsmatters including HR policy and process, job design andrecruitment, leave, restructure process, flexible working,performance management and more. HR also provides case managementservices for unplaced/excess employees, and a range of compliancerelated reporting activities. About the opportunity: The HR Business Partner will partner with a dedicated portfolioto provide advice and support to senior management and staff ongeneralist HR management, HR development and employee relationsmatters. The HR Business Partner will also undertake a range of HRrelated project activities which assist the Department to meet itsbusiness outcomes. The opportunity is available up until June 2025, with thepossibility of an extension. About you: To be successful in the role, you will have demonstratedexperience in: Providing advice and support to executives, seniormanagement and employees on a range of complex and/or sensitiveHR matters. Developing effective working relationships with a range ofstakeholders. An understanding and ability to interpret HR relatedindustrial instruments.
